Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cabin Attendant to join our team at Amicalola Falls Lodge. The Cabin Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest cabins, as well as assisting with guest requests to ensure a pleasant stay for all visitors.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the position, including lifting and carrying objects

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest cabins to the highest standards
- Ensure all amenities are fully stocked in each cabin
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests as needed
- Uphold Amicalola Falls' policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other lodge staff to provide a seamless guest experience
